Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron in the room. Amicable staff, absolutely superb and warm breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Great location with free parking for guests.

I enjoyed discovering the beautiful Sheringham Park just a short walk away, and Christine & Ian's hospitality made my stay really good with a comfortable room and a good collection of arts and crafts that added character to the experience.

Fantastic hosts and great breakfasts, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We had such a lovely stay! Christine and Ian were super friendly-seriously seemed like old pals. The breakfast was a highlight, with great ingredients that really fueled us for the day. The art around the place is quirky and fun. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The shower was a dream with high-pressure water. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Hosts were friendly and cute. Great art around the house adds character.

The meals were great! We indulged in good breakfasts that kept us fueled for a day of adventure. Christine and Ian's hospitality was pure gold, art-filled haven. The room was immaculate, with a splendid view of the garden.

Christine & Ian are fantastic hosts, really went out of their way for me. I was working in my room and they organized breakfast biscuits for me to take since I'd miss the morning meal. Just an awesome personal touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

The King Room with Garden View offered a lovely atmosphere, complete with a cozy setup. With sprawling green scenery visible through the large windows, the tranquil ambiance sets a perfect backdrop for unwinding after a day of exploration.

It was a bit further out than I had expected, though the walk turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. Nights were quiet, save for a bumpy 10 o'clock when it sounded like furniture was being moved around, which interrupted the peace for a moment.

My previous visit to sheringham was nice, but this place surpassed my expectations with its quirky decor and delicious breakfasts. Christine and ian, and the cozy atmosphere resonated with me.
